I’ve experimented with every diet and lifestyle hack you can imagine, and I know some of you can relate. Hands down, regular strength training and increased protein consumption have been two of the greatest levers in not just optimizing my fitness but also my overall health. There’s no way I’d be as healthy as I am at 64 if I didn’t stick with these two things. So today I’m very excited to talk to someone I really look up to in this field.
