Shipping Policy
We offer shipping within the United States and Canada.
*If shipping to a third party you are responsible for shipping charges which may incur. We do not allow for returns from third party shippers once an order has been reshipped.
Standard Shipping: Allow 3-7 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking information for your order as soon as it ships. Delivery times are estimated.
Expedited Shipping: To receive in-stock products within 2-3 business days, all orders must be placed before 12:00 noon EST. Orders placed by 12:00 noon on Thursday may be delivered the following Monday. Friday orders may be delivered on Tuesday. Expedited shipping is only available within the U.S. Delivery times are estimated.
*Supplements in stacks are intended to work together. Stacks with products that are currently out of stock ship when all products become available

Canadian Shipping Terms & Conditions:
All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
Please allow 6-12 Business Days for orders shipped to Canada. Canadian duties and taxes are NOT included, and are the responsibility of the customer. As a Canadian customer, you are responsible for making sure that importing a particular nutritional supplement from the United States is allowed in Canada.
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the return of the package. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.
Declaration of value and contents: Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label or documents. Also, we label the contents as "Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use".
Import taxes: You may have to pay import taxes, customs duty, or quarantine fees due the Canadian Government. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them by your local customs office. Please contact your local Customs office for more details.
Import restrictions: As a Canadian customer, you are responsible for making sure that importing a particular nutritional supplement from the United States is allowed in Canada.
The following items are not allowed to be imported unless through your doctor: Carnitine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, L-Tryptophan (5-HTP), DHEA, Pregnenolone, Androstenedione, Yohimbe, Human Growth Hormone, Red Yeast Rice, Vitamin D > 1000 IU per dose, Vitamin A > 10,000 IU per dose and any products containing Vitamin K.
Your order must be for 90 days of usage, and NOT longer. The way Canadian Customs determine this is by reading what the label says. So if it says take 1 tablet/capsules a day, then you are entitled to import only 90 servings of this supplement. Please read the product information on our site and order within these guidelines.
Your total order costs must be less than $1,600 in order to be considered for personal use.
Free Shipping & Handling for orders over $100 in the contiguous 48 United States:
Orders over $100 qualify for free standard ground S&H in the contiguous 48 United States. Requests for expedited orders will incur additional charges. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada only qualify for free standard shipping when over $250.
Handling of orders where some of the items are temporarily out of stock:
If you place an order with something that is out of stock, your order will ship when the remaining item(s) are restocked. Tracking will be emailed to you as soon as an order ships.
