Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer shipping within the United States and Canada. Below are the details regarding our shipping options and terms:

Shipping Options

  1. Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery within 3–7 business days.
    • Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
    • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

  2. Expedited Shipping:

    • Delivery within 2–3 business days.
    • Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order ships.
    • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Note: Stacked supplement orders are intended to work together and will ship when all items in the stack are back in stock.

Shipping Refunds

  • Shipping refunds will only be issued if we fail to meet our processing timeline.

Third-Party Shipments

  • If shipping to a third party, you are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.
  • We do not accept returns from third-party shipments once an order has been reshipped.

Shipping to Canada

  1. Delivery Times:

    • Allow 6–12 business days for orders shipped to Canada.

  2. Pricing and Currency:

    • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate.

  3. Duties and Taxes:

    • Canadian duties and taxes are NOT included in the order total and are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for details.

  4. Import Restrictions:

    • Ensure the nutritional supplement you’re ordering is allowed in Canada. Some products are restricted, including Carnitine, L-Tryptophan (5-HTP), DHEA, Pregnenolone, and others.
    • Orders must be for a 90-day supply or less, with a total value under $1,600 for personal use.

  5. Returned Packages:

    • If a package is returned due to an address error, refusal, or customs restrictions, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
    • If a package is abandoned by customs, no refunds or credits will be issued.

  6. Declaration of Value:

    • We declare the full value (minus shipping) of your order on shipping labels and documents, marked as “Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use.”

Free Shipping

  • United States: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping in the contiguous 48 states. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
  • Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada: Orders over $250 qualify for free standard shipping.

Backordered Items

  • If your order includes out-of-stock items, the entire order will ship once all products are back in stock. Tracking information will be emailed when the order ships.
