- 2 cups (54g) loosely packed baby spinach

- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, plus more to taste
- 1 teaspoon natural salt (Celtic sea salt or Himalayan crystal salt), plus more to taste
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds (optional)
