Eligibility

The 10-Day Detox Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win a prize: employees, representatives, agents, directors, and officers of the Sponsors, their parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and marketing agencies, or any other parties involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and the immediate family members of such individuals (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and step-relations) and any persons living in the same household.

By participating in these Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Entry Period

The 10-Day Detox Giveaway begins on March 20, 2026 and ends on March 27, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

Hyman Health’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY AND NO ENTRY FEE, PAYMENT, OR PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.

To enter, participants must:

Comment “DETOX” in the comments section of the Founder’s Instagram, and click the link to the landing page embedded in the caption on LinkedIn, X, or Facebook post announcing this giveaway. 

Participants may receive a maximum of one (1) entry.

Compliance with entry requirements will be determined by Hyman Health in its sole discretion. Entries that violate these requirements or do not meet entry deadlines may be disqualified.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification

Three (3) entrants will be selected as winners.

On March 27, 2026, Mark Hyman will select the winners through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Hyman Health will attempt to notify winners via email.

In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the social media account used to enter will be deemed the entrant.

Each winner is subject to verification, including verification of age and residency.

If a selected winner:

  • Is determined to be ineligible or disqualified

  • Fails to respond within 5 days of notification

    Fails to provide requested information necessary to deliver the prize

the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes

Three (3) winners will each receive:

One (1) complimentary enrollment in The 10-Day Detox Program offered by Hyman Health.

Each participant may only win one (1) prize.

The right to receive a prize cannot be transferred or assigned. No cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors.

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use the winner’s name, likeness, and information regarding the prize award for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation or approval.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Parties shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize.

The Sweepstakes Parties assume no responsibility for technical failures, network issues, unauthorized intervention, incorrect or delayed transmissions, or errors in administration of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsors’ Reservation of Rights

If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to causes beyond the control of the Sponsors, including but not limited to technical failures, fraud, tampering, force majeure events, or other disruptions, the Sponsors reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes.

Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Privacy

Any personally identifiable information collected during participation will be used by Hyman Health for the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Hyman Health Privacy Policy.
