PurO3 ozonated oil suppositories are made from organic, all natural oils and ozone and PurO3 uses only medical grade oxygen and ultra pure ozone.
To remove suppository, tear the plastic shell lengthwise beginning at the center perforation at the top (side view shown). Apply a lubricant if needed before insertion. Use as needed or as directed by your healthcare provider.
For rectal use: Insert 1 suppository following a bowel movement. Insert past sphincter muscle. Sometimes after insertion you may have an urge to evacuate. Try to hold for 15 to 20 minutes if possible for best absorption of suppository.
For vaginal use: Insert 1 suppository, 2 to 4 inches when lying down, preferably at night. Coconut suppositories can be used for intimacy. Remain in a flat position for at least 30 minutes for best absorption.
