Matcha Vanilla Latte

1 Prep time: 5 min Cook time: 0 min

Starting the morning by taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be complicated. For me, it can be as simple as taking five minutes to make this matcha vanilla latte. I make mine with Pique’s Sun Goddess Matcha, but any ceremonial-grade matcha will work beautifully here. Vanilla and a touch of maple syrup round out matcha’s earthy flavor without making it overly sweet. It’s one of those small things we can do for ourselves that really sets the tone for the rest of the day.

Most beauty routines focus on what we apply to our skin, but healthy-looking skin is also shaped by what we consume each day. Made with Pique’s Sun Goddess Matcha, this week’s recipe is a simple way to bring that inside-out approach to your morning.

Sun Goddess is naturally rich in catechins, including EGCG, which help support firmer, brighter-looking skin. I’m also particular about matcha because quality makes an enormous difference in how it tastes and how smoothly it blends.

Pique makes Sun Goddess from first-flush, organic, ceremonial-grade tea leaves grown in Kagoshima, Japan. The tea plants are shaded 35% longer to maximize their phytonutrient potential, and every batch is Quadruple Toxin Screened for purity. The result is exceptionally smooth and creamy. It’s a beauty ritual that tastes indulgent while supporting healthy-looking skin from within.
