Alex's Secret Spicy Spice Rub

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Method

Step 1

Combine in an old spice container, cover tightly, and shake well to combine.

Step 2

Notes Sprinkle this on chicken, salmon, chili, or spicy black bean soup. Take it slow at first, it’s potent, but delicious.
