After the holidays, those extra sweets can leave my mouth a little more sensitive—a good reminder of how much oral health shapes overall wellness. Even subtle inflammation in the gums can influence digestion, immune function, and metabolic health. Our gums, tissues, and even the bacteria in our mouth set the stage for how the rest of the body responds.
I like tools that support gum health at the source, not just surface-level freshness.
BON CHARGE’s Red Light Toothbrush takes this seriously. It combines a deep sonic clean with gentle wavelengths of red and near-infrared light (660 nm and 830 nm) that stimulate gum tissue, promote circulation, and support healthy cellular responses that aid recovery from everyday irritation or after dental work.
It’s FDA-cleared for daily oral hygiene and may even help calm minor gum tenderness over time. With four brushing modes, transparent bristles for better light delivery, and a sleek, travel-ready, low-EMF design, it turns a simple habit into a science-supported part of your daily oral care routine.
If you want better daily support for your oral health, BON CHARGE is offering 20% off storewide with code MARKSKITCHEN.
