In our kitchen, we use real food as the base for good health. But sometimes, even nutrient-rich foods don’t give us everything we need. Pomegranates are a great example. They contain compounds the body can transform into urolithin A, a molecule studied for its role in muscle function, healthy aging, and cellular energy.

Most people don’t actually produce meaningful amounts of urolithin A from food. That conversion depends on a gut process that naturally weakens with age. So even if we’re eating well, many of us are missing a key piece of the longevity puzzle—a compound that helps support the renewal of our mitochondria, the power centers inside our cells.

That’s where smart science can complement real food. Timeline’s Mitopure Gummies deliver a pure, clinically studied form of urolithin A in an easy, enjoyable daily dose. Just two sugar-free, vegan gummies provide the recommended amount of urolithin A, offering a level of cellular support that food alone may not fully provide.

If you want to support what you’re already doing in the kitchen as we head into the new year, Timeline is offering a free 3-day starter kit when you use this link so you can try Mitopure Gummies for yourself.
