Enjoy a drink over the holidays without the alcohol or loads of extra sugar. This delicious Cranberry Moscow Mule Mocktail has the tangy, spicy taste of lime and ginger, along with probiotic-rich kombucha.

Lime juice is rich in vitamin C which increases white blood cell production for a robust immune response. Lime juice and ginger both stimulate the digestive system, making this drink a great aperitif. Cranberries and basil offer polyphenols and other antioxidants to offset oxidative stress and support optimal health.

With ingredients like this, you can truly drink to good health for the coming year.

Wishing you health and happiness,

Cranberry Moscow Mule Mocktail

Ingredients

Cranberry Moscow Mule Mocktail

  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 3 large basil leaves
  • ½ lime, quartered
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon 100% ginger juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
  • ½ cup kombucha (low-sugar variety if possible)
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Splash of sparkling water (about ½ cup)
  • Star anise (optional garnish)

Method

Step 1

In a large mason jar or cocktail shaker, add the cranberries, basil, lime, thyme, and ginger juice. Use a muddler or fork to press the juices from the cranberries and limes and release flavor from the herbs.

Step 2

Add the kombucha, along with half of the ice and the star anise (if using). Close the lid and shake or stir to combine.

Step 3

In a large glass, add the remaining ice and pour in the shaken mixture, including the lime, herbs, and spices.

Step 4

Finish with the sparkling water and enjoy!

With the new year right around the corner, we’re all ready for a boost—and maybe even a reset—to live healthier and longer.

While our bodies can reverse biological aging with the right nutrients, modern farming and agricultural practices have made it harder than ever to get everything we need from food alone. This includes C15:0, an essential fatty acid with 3x more cellular benefits than omega-3.

That’s why I take fatty15, a supplement designed to fill in the C15:0 gaps in even the best diets. There’s mounting evidence that C15:0 can help us repair and replenish our cells, strengthen cell membranes, and reverse multiple drivers of aging.

Researchers have also discovered that low levels of C15:0 can lead to Cellular Fragility Syndrome, a syndrome marked by accelerated biological aging, further emphasizing the importance of this essential nutrient.

Fatty15’s supplement contains pure, award-winning C15:0 in a bioavailable form. With their uncompromised quality and science-backed results, you can age on your own terms. Right now, you can save an exclusive 15% off a 90-day starter kit subscription with code MARKSKITCHEN.
