Easy to make, it’s a perfect way to elevate your summer meals while supporting your body’s natural balance.

Creamy "Ranch" Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, pitted and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dill weed (or more if you like dill)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method

Step 1

Add all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 2 minutes or until you have your desired consistency. Add a little water or lemon juice if you prefer a less "creamy" consistency.

Step 2

Serve with Inside-Out Burger and Carrot Fries or thin with lemon juice to enjoy as a salad dressing.

Step 3

Use immediately or store any leftovers in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
