The summer months have a way of bringing people together, and some foods can make these gatherings a little tastier. For me, guacamole and pico de gallo top that list. These fresh, flavorful sides are easy to whip up, perfect for summer grazing, and loaded with nutrients. Guac delivers a satisfying dose of heart-healthy fats, while pico adds a burst of antioxidants and crunch. Together, they’re a simple way to elevate any meal—and support your health in the process. Here’s to real food and good company!

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, jalapeño peppers, and cilantro.

I’m sure you’ve heard me say it before: “If you want to fix your health, start with your gut.” That includes your skin. While many people still think of skincare as something you apply topically, true skin health starts from within. Research on the gut-skin axis shows that the balance of microbes in your gut can influence everything from hydration and elasticity to inflammation and breakouts.
That’s another reason why I recommend Seed’s DS-01® Daily Synbiotic. It’s a 2-in-1 capsule combining a clinically studied probiotic and prebiotic to support gut health. But what sets it apart is that it’s also been shown to promote healthy skin by reinforcing the gut barrier and supporting systemic health.
DS-01® is formulated with 24 strains backed by science—not trends—and uses a unique nested capsule to protect the probiotics through digestion. It’s sustainably delivered, rigorously tested and one of the few products I trust to support whole-body health.
