Zesty Carrot Fries

Ingredients
- 10 large carrots
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Peel carrots and cut into matchstick pieces. Place on a cookie sheet and drizzle oil over carrots. Sprinkle seasonings evenly over all carrots.
Step 3
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until carrots are at desired tenderness. Finish with sea salt, if desired.
