Your brain is an organ that’s connected to everything else happening in your body. Fixing your brain starts with fixing your body. Dave and I agree on the importance of eating healthy fats, high-quality protein, wild fish, and pastured eggs, and plenty of polyphenol-rich vegetables. This Veggie Buddha Bowl is a great example of an anti-inflammatory, brain healthy meal to make when you don’t have any pastured meat or wild fish on hand.
