Ingredients
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 3 large basil leaves
- ½ lime, quartered
- ½ cup green iced tea, unsweetened
- ⅓ cup coconut water, no sugar added (optional)
- 1 cup of ice
- About ⅓ cup sparkling water
- Lime wedge, for garnish
Method
Step 1
In a large glass or cocktail shaker add the mint, basil and lime. Use a muddler or fork to press the juices from the limes and release flavor from the herbs.
Step 2
Add the iced tea and coconut water along with half of the ice, shake or stir to combine.
Step 3
Grab a large glass and garnish with a lime slice. Add more ice to the glass and pour in the shaken mojito mixture, including the lime and herbs.
Step 4
Finish with a splash of sparkling water and enjoy!
