Grilled Romaine Salad

4 servings Prep time: 10 min Cook time: 7 min

I love switching up my salad routine with this interesting Grilled Romaine Salad. Lightly searing the romaine makes it slightly nutty and smoky, and when you do it right the texture inside remains firm and crunchy.

A simple dressing of lemon juice, capers, and Dijon mustard adds a tangy finish reminiscent of a classic Caesar.

Romaine is packed with vitamins C and K, along with folate and beta-carotene. It’s a great addition to any diet for a robust immune system, antioxidant support, and a healthy gut.

Try it out alongside a grass-fed steak or some grilled fish for an easy and satisfying meal.

Wishing you health and happiness,

Inflammatory seed oils are harmful to our health and the planet–and sadly they’re the most abundant type of oil in the standard American diet. Zero Acre Oil is changing that as a healthy, all-purpose cooking oil with more monounsaturated fat (even more than olive oil!), the lowest level of inflammatory omega-6 fats (10x less than avocado oil), and the flexibility to cook at high heat with a neutral taste. Finally, you can reach for a better all-purpose oil for roasting, sauteing, baking, and dressing to make delicious and healthy food to feel good about. Switching your oils is an easy way to make a profound impact on your health while you cook the recipes you love.
