Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Almonds
- 1 Can (15 ounce) Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- Pinches Sea Salt and/or Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Water
Method
Step 1
Blend the almonds, chickpeas, sesame seeds, and garlic in a food processor until well mashed. Add remaining ingredients, blend until smooth.
Step 2
Serve with raw vegetables or apple slices.
